  New Berrima General Store owners (Hanratty family) have never ever cleaned up their dogs feces in years. You can tell they are filthy people by how run down the New Berrima Store is looking today... inside and out.

  Under no circumstances run an account with these people. There manager is a mastermind at double dipping. Refusing to acknowledge receipts you have to prove you paid and saying oh that was given to you by mistake. The excuses goes on and on.

  Karens General Store, has never ever had a food inspector visit since the 1980's, because they are more corrupt than the NSW police force. Geoff Hanratty loves boasting his connections with the Wingecarribee Council

  Fantastic staff, very efficient and always polite! We bought and moved to New Berrima from out of the area in March 2017 and were very surprised to learn the postie didn’t deliver our mail to our home, but to the local P/O. The girls quickly learnt we were new and have since day one, been absolutely fantastic! They are incredibly helpful and already know us by name. The food is great, the service is excellent and that homely feeling “hello” is always a pleasure. Never had an issue! Well done Karen & family.
